"Trust in the Lord with ALL your heart" Robin.
I know as mothers our hearts are hypersensitive to our children's pain, taking it on as our own.
We just have to keep reminding ourselves of how our Heavenly Father loves them more than even we do and that He is taking care of them and always has their backs.
I will join you in lifting him up in prayer and asking for the perfect surgery with a speedy recovery.

Warm hug from one mother to another, Irma

thanks so much for your thoughts and prayers...god is so good...
he is home now after a very long five hour surgery...the doc said it all went well and after a long nine month recovery, he should be able to put on his pf flyers and run faster and jump higher!
you are right, i need to trust in the lord with ALL MY HEART...i tend to take things on myself and i constantly fail without my god in heaven...
and a mother's heart ALWAYS hurts when our children are in pain...physical and/or mental pain...our family has had a tough year and a half with a lot of heart ache and we are ready for some joy...
blessings...
