the urban barn...

christilynn and i had the pleasure of joining the girls at the urban barn a couple of weeks ago...i just thought i would share some of our treasures with you, as well as some of the other talents i found there...

today is bittersweet...

after a very long battle with her heart and lungs, the lord took my mom to be with him last night...she fought long and hard to be here on earth with the ones she loved, but it was time to close her eyes and be at peace and not suffer any longer...

i loved my mom so very much and i will always have a special place in my heart for her...

for all of you that were praying for her...thanks so much...i appreciate the love and care you expressed for her and for me and my family...

please appreciate every moment you have with family and friends...time is precious...

urban barn grand opening...

you won't want to miss the festivities!

the urban barn is having a grand opening on friday, july 16th, saturday, july 17th and sunday, july 18th and my treasures are going to be there...

as usual, they are putting together a great flea market event!

farwell to my country roads booth...

as some of you already know, i have moved out of country roads...

my cup is full and overflowing...as with most women and moms these days...

i have a teenager that is very active in high school football and lacrosse,

i sell at both ivc and vets flea markets as well as the urban barn in july and the chateau de fleurs marketplace in september...

and, my mom's been very ill in the hospital and i've been making a lot of trips back/forth to torrance...

did i mention i just turned 50!?

sooooooooo, i just can't keep up with everything anymore and something had to go...unfortunately, it was country roads...i plan to visit frequently as i love that mall...it's the best around!

hopefully, i will see you either at the flea markets, the urban barn or the marketplace...

my baby girl had her 26th birthday and we had a great time at the wine bar in san clemente on friday night...

i just wanted to say thanks to christy and rita, and rita'a husband a great boys, for their hospitality at their chateau de fluers marketplace...it was great...the food was yummy and i had a great time with the other vendors...they were all great...and met some new ladies which was a pleasure...

i'm looking forward to the next show in september...

Chateau De Fleurs Studio and Marketplace in Fallbrook

wow!

life has been super hectic...i've not been able to blog is such a long time...no pictures...nothing...

with cars breaking, my teenager in high school and playing lacrosse and football and the constant nagging about his studies and chores, doing two flea markets a month and trying to maintain my booth at country roads {which has not gotten the attention it deserves lately}, buying new cars, mom in hospital, car accident, funeral, blah, blah, blah...

i just want to run away from home right now...

and, we don't even have a vaca planned for this summer yet...ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!

okay, now that's out of my system...i'm hoping god will bless me with a calm summer, with nothing but fun in the sun...and a little more time to blog!
